Australian couple turned 30 acres of rainforest into a glow-worm tourist attraction
In 1998, Ian and Jennifer Moore discovered glow-worms on an overlooked 30-acre rainforest in Queensland, inspiring a new tourism venture. After years of planning and construction, they opened Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk in 2009. The elevated attraction lets visitors explore the forest canopy while preserving the surrounding trees and vegetation.
