Ryanair passenger refuses to move seat for crying boy after airline 'double booked' seat

A six-year-old boy was reduced to tears when he boarded a Ryanair plane to discover a woman sat in his reserved seat. Ryanair has said the seat was not sold twice, but that the issue came about because of a 'computer glitch'.
