Mad cow disease ban for blood donations from UK residents lifted in Australia by TGA
People currently barred from donating blood in Australia will soon be able to roll up their sleeves after the TGA approved Red Cross Lifeblood to receive donations from people who lived in the UK between 1980 and 1996 and may have been affected with mad cow disease.
